Everything about the house is total quality. Its perfect. The subcontractors you recommended were amazing as well. They were caring, and worked with us closely to make sure we were satisfied with their work and that we got what we wanted.
You both were constantly available to us, listening to what we wanted, yet you guided us so that we ended with something extremely special.
Speaking of extremely special, last but not least, I want to say that I am so happy and grateful that we got to know you both. I am thankful that we got a chance to meet you, spend time with you, and want to let you know that you can look far and wide, and not meet such truly good people, made of all the right stuff.

Just a small note with huge thanks and sincere appreciation for all you have done for my husband and I. When we decided to sell the house we built and lived in for 40 years.. it was traumatizing. Where would we go? If we build, who could we find and trust? Thus we prayed and put our faith in God to show us the way. Not long after doing so, Jimmy told me that he found an ideal location and a well recommended builder!
We found out, in our opinion with the right builder, Keith & Justin Parry, all things are possible! My husband made his own design (we disagreed many times!). Donna and I have found our experience building a home with R. Keith Parry Construction, to be the most satisfying building project we have encountered to date. Having built a home in the past, and having performed home renovations with several different contractors, it was easy to recognize the superior service provided by Keith and his crew. From the first steps of choosing a home style to the completion of the finishing work, the amount and quality of service provided far exceeded our expectations. Keith, and all of his crew that we encountered during the process were courteous, service oriented, concerned about our opinions and desires, and cared about the quality of their product. Also, the house was built on a reasonable schedule that became unexpectedly compressed during the later stages of building, and yet, the house was finished on time with no compromises in craftsmanship and with our punch list completed. Before we met Keith and Justin Parry we were new to home building and were a bit wary. We, like many people, had heard horror stories about building contractors and as a result, debated whether or not to build or to buy an existing home.
